To  improve outcomes for veterans through improved service delivery, customer services and customer experience for veterans accessing VA services (Benefits, Healthcare, Cemetery)
 

To facilitate strong communication and coordination among and between VA (Benefits, Healthcare, Cemetery) and community (service providers, consumers, other stakeholders)
 

To integrate VA into existing and developing/future community support infrastructure for service members, veterans and families
